There’s nothing wrong with admiring a little piece of history! I actually had my picture taken next 2 the B-24 of the same name & artwork when it was at my county airport.
I thought I’d seen that on some tin from WWII. Some nose art rocks. I wish I had a picture of one of the M577 command tracks from the outfit I was with in Germany back in the ’70′s. The driver had cut out girls from Playboy centerfolds and used them as stencils to do his 3 color camouflage scheme. And the name of the track? “Sweet Thing”. You had to look twice to see all the girls, but once you knew they were there… it was pretty well done.
With the big slab sides of the B-24 and the big nose on the B-17, its hard to resist “decorating” them with reminders of home… apparently, this driver is pretty damn lonely too.
Mmmm… yeah. I’m guessing he isn’t getting much tail…
The naked chick looks so happy to be getting assaulted by a dragon.
Really? This guy thinks he’s going to get laid in that thing? Seriously?

At least he had the taste to copy one of the best known B-24s and not a candy bar wrapper.
@JW That one is sweeet!
Ah, so I’m not the only airplane nerd that looks at this website!
