what actually caught my attention was the “el camino” compact car in the background. looks like the chevrolet tornado that is only sold in europe and latin america.
i saw a atv just like that in a movie i think it was cody banks 2 but not sure i have seen a lot of movies but i know i saw one just like it in a movie
you can register a quad for a street tag, but you have to have a brake light at least. i’ve seen many tagged quads on the road and most will do 60 or 70. i don’t think you can take them on the freeway, only surface streets.
I’ve seen these all over the place, its really not that hard to do, adjustment of the chassis and axles and some wheel adapters, and no its doesn’t make it street legal idiot, although i do have a friend with a stretched four-wheeler with a crotch rocket motor on it that it street legal, but he has turn signals, low and high beams, break lights, horn, all the good stuff to be legal. I’ll post a picture if i get one, look out for a green stretched four-wheeler.

Actually, that silver truck in the background isn’t a Chevy, it’s only a base model newer Toyota Tacoma.
I notice a trend. About 75% of the pictures of vehicles on this site have giant cheap chinese chrome wheels on them.
