Why does the location the pic was taken say “unknown” when the license plate is quite obviously one from Kansas?
Doug…they don’t make you leave your plates behind when you travel to other states. I agree that this photo was likely taken in Kansas, but it just as easily could be Missouri, Oklahoma o any other state whether it shares a border with KS or not.
