Everytime I see one of these while driving I wish it was legal to run them into a telephone pole.
In Texas a passenger vehicle may not carry a load extending more than three inches beyond the left side line of its fenders or more than six inches beyond the right side line of its fenders.
I’m pretty sure I saw this exact car in Houston this summer. We had the same thought about the legality of it–worried he’d swerve into us and pop a tire!
