Nevermind all the tacky stuff on the car, even the flamingos. My question is how in the world can anyone bring them to drive a hearse???? *shudder* creepy!
To MandaPanda: My cousin is a bass player and used to love his Hearse… It was the perfect size to load all his gear, and the rollers on the floor in the back were great when sliding in 6′ Bass cabinet speakers along with heavy power amp rigs and such… now THIS beast though looks like it plowed through the “arcade” at Walmart after getting doused with fast-bonding epoxy.
It is parked sideways in the spot because a real hearse is longer than a comparable sedan. My hearse is almost 21 1/2 feet long. Creepy? I don’t think so. Most all of us will eventually get to ride in one, why not now when we can enjoy the ride?
The back window has a nice Greatful Dead mosaic. It’s fun to walk around the hearse & see all the interesting items that were used to make the designs. I’d like to meet the owner next weekend when I’m in N.O. I bet they are awesome!

What a beautiful piece of art! The quality of the work is consistent and the different objects work well against each other and compliment one another. Nice mosaic work as well.
Oh, sorry sir I didn’t see you when I was taking that left turn, I thought there was a flamingo crossing the street, since thats all i can see out my windshield
I definitely seen this car in New Orleans when I was down there. The other side is covered in watches, I got a few pic of it too. It’s weird recognizing a car that’s 14k miles away.
I miss my hearse. I’m a painter, (airbrushes) and I used it to haul my painting stuff around. It was 1977 Cadillac hearse. Purple. With purple ground effects. Fun, fun car.
My Dad and his friends went on a cruise that left out of NO. They saw this car and decided it HAD to return to Lynchburg, VA with them. Alcohol had nothing to do with their decision! They are crazy and they love it!
My father and friends spent our inheritance on this “vehicle”. We don’t foresee the transportation value as much as a really good looking protection from the elements. Shut the door and look out over the flamingos…..OH YEA!!!!!
i don’t see how this vehicle could possibly pass a state inspection…i’ve been failed for having a parking pass on my rear view mirror!

He’s parked sideways in the space so nobody can park next to him. Is he afraid someone will scratch his “paint?”
FYI – This is tagged as a “hearst.” It is clearly a “hearse” (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hearse).
I’ve seen this car when I was in New Orleans, parked down on the French Quarter.
You can buy post cards of the car if you want…
They Win.
I agree, Michele! How can the three tall flamingos on the hood possibly be legal?

That’s a car that I would kill to drive …
That’s a car I would die for …
At least they addmit they are insane. Probably out on a day pass. How long would that take to put on?? Would they freak out if something fell off??
Where in the Hell is my Pink Flamingos?!
Oh, there they are..

And WE drive stupid cars? Yeah, look in the mirror, folks.
I’d take that thing out to the countryside and use it for target practice…
With a rocket launcher.
That car in an accident, SHIT FLYING IN ALL DIRECTIONS! lol

I wouldn’t be caught dead in that.
