I hope he has a handicap placard. Maybe the card rolled off the flatbed truck that was parked tin that spot?
I’m sure they do. I have a permanent disabled driver plate for my red mustang convertible…but I still get dirty looks from folks that think I should be driving a van or a wore out Crown Vic. People with disabilities like to drive fun cars too!
